brief introduction
This quotation includes the design and equipment of a soda-lime silicate glass electric melting furnace which can produce three ton semi-manufactured goods per day. In the design of this melter, we decide to use tin oxide electrode, melter section include fore-furnace’s driving equipment such as fore-furnace transformer、control tank、stirrer, all refractory brick where melting and feeding、steel structure、water circulation system and accessorial system, which made the whole design from preparation of batch to outflow of glass.
As to control system, we use special-type separate transformer, which accord with security standard of our country and electric melting furnace. All the furnace liner bricks is electric melting AZS bricks, AZS bricks containing 41% zirconia is used where is key position. Parapet and tip of melter build by sillimanite bricks or AZS bricks. Outer is made of high-aluminium bricks and heat preservation bricks. There are at least two separate heating area due to several electrodes in melting section and clarifying section, and there are a few heating section in flowing hole、raising passage and channel flume. shaping section using Platinum have two outflows for machine shaping , every unit have separate control system.
Whole heating system have automatic and manual device, have gather-scatter control, can inspect by internet(fee would count in addition). Whole fore-furnace control system is consisted of driving command, parameter show, and simulate alarm system, furthermore, control section include some accessorial equipments.
